Senior Finance Systems Consultant

We are looking to further expand our team and hire a Senior Consultant. In this role, you will be providing functional support to AMCO’s global customers and will contribute to a wide range of exciting and complex CPM projects on the OneStream platform.

You will be engaged in both the project and ongoing support areas of the business – from being a key resource during the implementation phase through to post-implementation support.

• Be involved/lead in all aspects of the project lifecycle from securing requirements to building the solution and post-go-live support
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and keep a solid working relationship for both the CPM team and AMCO
• Genuinely care about customers by understanding what their needs are and what problems they need to solve
• Write and keep clear and concise functional specifications on OneStream or other CPM applications and business system processes
• Provide functional support to CPM customers as a project and/or support resource
• Figure out the best functional solutions to satisfy the business requirements of CPM customers
• You will supervise and coach Consultants, Senior Consultants, other Principal Consultants and external contractors.
• Finally, you will also play a key part in the development of AMCO Solutions as a company via internal projects and consulting best practices.

• At least 3-5 years of implementation experience working with CPM products, as an end-user or in a consulting capacity. Successful applicants will be provided with the necessary OneStream solution training.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of one of the following: Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS, FCCS, SAP BPC, Tagetik, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan will help you stand out.
• Strong growth-mindset and a desire to become the expert in the CPM consulting with AMCO.
• Experience with consolidation, financial reporting, and planning. We aim to speak the same language with our clients to deliver the best solutions and results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
• Superb organizational skills. You’re process driven, great at solving problems and you make decisions with confidence.
• Solid writing skills, and you’ll be a stickler for detail. You have great communication skills and are confident in presenting and selling ideas.
