Managers lead and manage multiple operations of the VAT practice area and are responsible to deliver quality VAT services, that will increase firm’s reputation. The position includes the skills to deal with clients and tax authorities in several jurisdictions, as well as the technical VAT knowledge to provide the VAT services to our clients in several countries in the world. A career as a VAT Manager will suit those people who enjoy constantly researching and analyzing problems, are driven to train senior members of the team, enjoy being an ‘expert’ in their field, and have an ability to communicate complex pieces of information in a simple and easily understood manner.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Global vision and understanding of client's business and flow to ensure that VAT compliance is completed speedily and efficiently and submitting VAT declarations and associated documents by the appropriate deadlines.* Deliver a full range of VAT services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.* Manage the client’s files and identify and mitigate VAT risks.* Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and VAT expertise.* Supervise the answer to the information requests and audits performed by the tax authorities on behalf of the clients.* Helping businesses and individuals create strategies for dealing with VAT and prepare for their future in the financial market.* Define goals and deadlines for the team's work and decide and clarify what work needs to be done to meet those goals.* Coordinate several client’s teams and plan, organize, allocate and monitor the work to the team.* Lead team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.* Provide training to Senior members of the team.* Focus on the improvement of the department procedures and supervision of development projects. * Proactive**Education and Experience:**Bachelor / Master’s degree in Law, Management or Economics. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
