We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team at Lixakro. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects spanning data science, data engineering, and quantitative risk management. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading project teams, working closely with clients, and developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
You will lead project teams and coach juniors in the development and delivery of data-driven solutions under the supervision of a Manager. Furthermore, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions in the areas of data engineering, data science, and quantitative risk management. Some of the projects that you will work on include:
- Design and implement data pipelines and architectures to collect, clean, and transform large datasets.
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
- Develop and validate quantitative risk models to assess and mitigate risks across various industries.
Based on the work that you performed, you will communicate technical solutions and recommendations to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- 2+ years experience in data engineering, data science, and/or quantitative risk management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies is a plus.
