Role DescriptionThe Senior Process Improvement Engineer drives operational excellence by analyzing manufacturing and packaging performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading LEAN/Six Sigma initiatives in a regulated environment. The role supports strategic initiatives such as capacity expansion, new product introductions, and long-term process optimization.
Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to evaluate process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor line output and investigate deviations or trends to ensure quality and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and lead initiatives for process optimization using LEAN, Six Sigma, and other tools.
- Lead or support projects related to capacity increases, new product launches, and strategic process changes.
- Assist in scenario planning and data-driven decision-making for long-term process improvements.
- Evaluate the impact of technological or regulatory changes on current processes and propose adjustments accordingly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in industrial engineering, performance improvement, or operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with regulated environments such as GMP and GDP.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma or Root Cause Analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and digital solutions.
