Position SummaryHandles more complex HR processes independently and ensures effective coordination across teams. Delivers skilled operational, administrative, and analytical support to enable high-quality HR service delivery. This includes accurate execution of Workday transactions, maintenance of HR data, support for program implementation, compliance tracking, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Administrative and Transactional Support- Processes full employee lifecycle transactions: hire, transfer, termination, etc
- Oversees high-volume data changes; Supports moderate reorgs (e.g., team reshuffles, small-med scale changes)
- Manages sensitive / complex transactions & actions such as, entity transfers, involuntary exits, International movement, exceptions) with control checks
- Support peer review of automated severance calculation peer review; Perform severance calculation preparation for non automated calculation
- Proficient with complex EIBs (e.g., Job Change, Re-orgs)
- Act as knowledge escalation point for Employee Data Specialists.
- Tests system changes, ensures quality in data loads
- Supports cross-team coordination on complex transactions
- Work with HRIT on system error resolution and kickouts.
- Analyze case trends and elevate improvement suggestions to Senior WFA or management. Identifies and implements process fixes
- Contribute updates to global documentation
- Assisting with the implementation of new programs, benefits plans, compensation cycles, HRIS projects.
- Supports ad hoc reporting, uses reporting to surface data-driven insights (e.g. Trend flagging)
- Supporting audits, legal analyses, and documentation of agreements and contracts.
- Processing leave requirements as per policy
- Liaising with vendors, responding to employee inquiries, and acting as a point of contact for both internal (Payroll, benefits) and external (auditors, statutory vendors) stakeholders. Includes engaging with stakeholders to support HR processes
- Supports manual shift/time tracking requirements for an interim period
- Partners with HR Consultant to support office hours for managers and employees
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and data management
- Experience working in HR/Leave
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and other HRIS platforms
