About the RoleThe Senior Billing Specialist plays a vital role in Road’s Finance team, focusing on the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across systems and customer accounts. This role directly contributes to the company’s financial performance and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities- Timely processing of both automated and manual billing flows, including preparing billing files to ensure completeness of the direct debit process;
- Managing Managed Service Provider (MSP) billing operations;
- Accurate and timely processing of Call Detail Records (CDRs);
- Managing the ROAD billing flow and ensuring its accuracy and completeness;
- Managing Roaming CPO billing, including delayed session processing;
- Handling financial roaming support tickets in Salesforce and resolving complex billing‑related issues;
- Coaching and guiding the Junior Billing Specialist in billing‑related tasks;
- Leading and executing testing of new billing developments.
- 3‑4 years of experience in a billing, finance, or accounting role;
- HBO or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Strong attention to detail and a natural affinity for working with numbers;
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills;
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus;
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
