Role descriptionWe are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join the Supply Planning team. In this role, you will oversee short‑ and mid‑term production planning, ensuring smooth execution of supply plans and stable operations across multiple product lines. You will play a key role in optimising supply chain processes and supporting product launches while maintaining high quality and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities- Manage short‑ and mid‑term production planning for multiple products and packaging lines.
- Develop mid‑ and long‑term production plans; support product phase‑in/phase‑out and launches.
- Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive actions to ensure supply stability.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, warehouse, and global supply chain teams.
- Facilitate daily operational meetings and weekly capacity alignment sessions.
- Drive process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead root cause analyses and support timely resolution of supply chain issues.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP guidelines throughout planning and execution activities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, science, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in supply chain planning.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work on‑site a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Experience in regulated environments (GMP/GDP).
- Knowledge of process automation and standardisation tools (Tableau, Smartsheet, Data Bricks, RPA).
