Role DescriptionAs a Laboratory Analyst specializing in Cell Biology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of biologically derived pharmaceutical products, primarily vaccines. You will be responsible for executing both routine and non‑routine cell‑based analyses in compliance with GMP standards and laboratory procedures.
Responsibilities- Conduct cell biological analyses on pharmaceutical products, primarily vaccines, using cell culture and infection assays.
- Interpret test results and ensure they meet predefined specifications.
- Document and report test outcomes in line with GMP guidelines.
- Review peers’ analysis results for accuracy and GMP compliance.
- Support lab process improvements and continuous quality initiatives.
- MLO 4‑level education in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Science).
- Hands‑on experience with cell culture techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with working in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Dutch, with sufficient proficiency in English.
