Key Responsibilities:- Support program and project managers with creating and maintaining project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress against milestones and key deliverables across workstreams
- Coordinate dependencies and timelines across multiple projects within the program
- Prepare regular program dashboards, progress reports, and updates for steering groups
- Support the facilitation of structured decision‑making processes and governance meetings
- Ensure accurate documentation of decisions, actions, and issues in governance forums
- Ensure clarity and consistency in internal and external communication flows
- Support stakeholder engagement through timely updates, structured information, and coordinated input
- Support implementation of risk and issue management procedures
- Help identify, document, and escalate risks and bottlenecks in a timely manner
- Promote standardization and structure in project and program execution
- Maintain and improve PMO documentation templates, tools, and frameworks
- Support onboarding and alignment of new team members to PMO processes
- Contribute to the professionalization and maturity of the PMO function within the organization
- Hold a higher education degree (Bachelor's/Master's).
- Are proficient in both spoken and written English and Dutch (C1 level or higher).
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a PMO or program support role in a complex environment.
- Possess strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Are familiar with project governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
- Are proactive, detail‑oriented, and can work independently as well as in a team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Are eager to learn.
- Have a positive mindset and thrive in fast paced environments.
- Preferably have experience in public sector or regulated environments.
- Are available to start immediately.
