We are seeking a Safety Advisor (Occupational Health Specialist) at our Papendrecht Campus to join our high-performing HSE team. What You’ll Be Doing:- Shape Safety Strategy
- Co-develop and implement HSE policies for the aerostructures business line.
- Translate legislation into internal guidelines.
- Monitor legal compliance and provide expert advice.
- Assess & Improve Working Conditions
- Conduct exposure assessments (chemicals, noise, vibrations).
- Evaluate ergonomic risks and support diverse employee needs.
- Lead incident investigations and recommend preventive actions.
- Drive Action & Awareness
- Plan and execute annual HSE activities (RI&E, audits, monitoring, PMO/PAGO).
- Maintain accurate safety data records and follow up on findings.
- Act as the internal and external safety expert.
- Inform & Influence
- Provide regular updates to leadership on risks, trends, and progress.
- Prepare government reports and ensure transparent communication.
- HBO-Bachelor level education.
- HVK/NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of occupational hygiene; willingness to obtain further qualifications.
- Understanding of legislation, especially the Working Conditions Act.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

This role requires on-site presence; remote work is only very incidentally possible.
