At Eneco, we are accelerating the energy transition. With our ambitiousOne Planet Plan, we aim to be the first energy company to become climate neutral by 2035. That means no more reliance on fossil fuels — and a full focus on smarter, cleaner, and more resilient energy systems.
To make this possible, we are transforming how we measure and steer our Mission-Critical chain — the end-to-end system connecting our assets, finance, and trading operations. This chain underpins both the reliability and profitability of Eneco’s Virtual Power Plant (VPP) and Trading stack.

- Translating vague or evolving business questions into clear, measurable analytics deliverables and guiding stakeholders in problem definition, prioritization, and success measurement.
- Acting as a strategic partner to the Product Manager in defining health metrics (KPIs, OKRs, or North Star metrics), challenging assumptions, and ensuring these metrics are visualised and tracked effectively in dashboards.
- Identifying and discovering new metrics and reliable data sources based on business requirements within Eneco’s data landscape and collaborating with Data Engineers to design and build the required data models and pipelines.
- Sharing regular actionable insights with stakeholders across Assets, VPP, Finance, Trade, and Product, including leadership, to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
You’re a data-driven problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by measurable impact. You’ve likely worked in astartup or scale-up environment where you built clarity from uncertainty and delivered results fast.
You’re comfortable diving deep into complex data, connecting dots across systems, and influencing senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
