Lab Specialist QC

As a Lab Specialist QC, you’ll be the key link between lab operations and production. You ensure testing quality, compliance, and data integrity within a GMP-regulated environment, while driving improvements through Lean and Six Sigma principles.

• Perform and review QC tests (ELISA, serological, biological, chemical).
• Investigate deviations (OOS), trends, and lead CAPA actions.
• Support audits, change controls, and GMP documentation (SOPs, work instructions).
• Conduct root cause analyses (8D, 5 Whys) and process improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth QC operations.

• HBO or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
• 3–5 years’ experience in QC within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong ELISA and analytical method expertise.
• Familiar with GMP, CAPA, SAP/LIMS, and data integrity.
• Accurate, proactive, and communicative team player.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
