• A completed higher degree education, preferably in a financial field.
• Relevant years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and clearly explain the link between core processes and financial processes to non-financial colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand interdependencies and drive improvements.
• Experience with process-supporting IT systems, financial processes, and reporting solutions.
• Solid accounting knowledge.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Perseverance, accuracy, independence, and stress resilience, combined with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and a hands-on mentality.
