BIM Lead

Location: Groningen, Netherlands

Project: Data Centre Project

Type: Permanent (preferred)

Salary: DOE (competitive package)

Lead and deliver responsibilities for BIM Lead in a multi‑storey data centre construction.

• Manage BIM execution plans and ensure compliance with project standards
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models (CSA, MEP, architectural)
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks/Revit
• Maintain model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle
• Train and support project teams on BIM processes and tools
• Liaise with design consultants, contractors, and client representatives
• Ensure data accuracy for handover and facility management

• Relevant experience in data centre or mission‑critical projects
• EU nationality (work permit compliance)
• Strong(日技? technical and leadership skills

Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
