Responsibilities- Create theoretical human interaction models & algorithms.
- Create and test the first prototypes of your theoretical models (for example using Python or MATLAB).
- Integrate your algorithms into our platform collaborating with our UX/UI design and software development team.
- Validate & re-design the software platform integrated algorithms with our customers on-site.
- Work experience in research & development, data science or similar role.
- Pragmatic communication skills to collaborate with a highly dynamic start-up team.
- Adapt to changes in requirements and design decisions, in a fast-prototyping environment.
- Use active listening skills and think with our customers from different markets and a wide range of roles.
- Positive attitude, desire, and eagerness to contribute to the success of the company and grow along with it.
- Expect 0-20% travel to our customers on-site.
