Manager Production

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience as a production manager, with a coaching style
• Experience with 5S, Lean, continuous improvement
• Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English

Are you ready to lead and further develop our cleanroom departments in a dynamic growth phase? As the Production Manager for HQ Precision Cleaning, you will be responsible for overseeing the Cleanroom activities and leading a team of approximately 40 cleanroom employees. Your role involves coordinating, coaching, and ensuring the optimal performance of the cleanroom, with a focus on quality, progress, costs, development, and the effective utilization of personnel.

Your Duties as Production Manager includes:

1. Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coach cleanroom teams, emphasizing quality and efficiency while fostering collaboration for enhanced operational effectiveness.
2. Process Optimization: Develop methodologies ensuring precision in CNC milling and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships across departments for a harmonious work environment, collaborating closely with CNC milling and other units to streamline processes.
4. Organizational Motivation: Inspire a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability, cultivating a positive work environment that aligns with company goals.
5. People Management: Shape the operation with professionalism and skill as a People Manager, infusing positive energy to create a collaborative culture focused on excellence.
