Site Manager

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management and organization of the operational process, the implementation/assurance of the quality process, production, and the supply and disposal planning of the site. In addition, you are responsible for the technical condition of the machines and the organization of repair and maintenance programs.

If necessary, you will assist on a crane or shovel, but your work will also include helping to inspect various types of incoming materials. You have frequent contact with the location manager in Nijmegen. In his absence, you will replace him. As a Site Manager, you have a strong technical orientation and can understand processes well. You are disciplined and up for a challenge in an informal culture where you can achieve great results.

In all your work, you will keep safety, environmental, and quality requirements in mind.

• Independent, quality-conscious, and you have good communication skills.
• Responsible for your work and the part of the site entrusted to you.

You are alert to safety and good cooperation. Additional qualities:

• You have experience working as a team leader.
• Hold forklift certification or you are willing to obtain one.
• Experience with KAM or as a prevention officer is an advantage.
