Fulfil the role as Global Data Management Consultant in the new Data Management organization. Co-transform the Data Management Department, by implementing the new Data Strategy. Focus will be on translating the business data needs of multiple product owners into functional requirements in close cooperation with the BI architects.
You can expect a data management team of approximately 50 enthusiastic people (Data Management and BI IT Delivery) working on multiple projects to realize the Data Management strategy for DLL. The Data Management Department resides within Group Finance & Control. It has a direct reporting line to the CFO and operates as a liaison between all departments involved in the various projects. The activities are an important step in the Data Management journey of DLL.
This function is based in Eindhoven and is a position in which you are able to actively contribute in creating the future of Data Management for DLL.

- Manage and control scope, timelines and budget according to the agreed project plans.
- Provide content guidance to the assigned Data Management projects to ensure that deliverables meet requirements.
- Manage project members that will be part of the assigned projects to ensure effective and efficient execution of activities.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management on senior management level in the DLL and Rabobank organization.
- Liaise functionally with subject matter experts in the Risk- & Finance departments and CCO domain.
- Liaise with technical experts in IT in developing the data management infrastructure and associated tools.
- Support projects in their cooperation with countries in DLL’s network to source, test and reconcile the data.
- Ensure effective embedding of the deliverables in the line organization and ensure business ownership.
You have the following skills
- Relevant education to minimum equivalent of Masters degree or MBA
- Demonstrated experience with Information Management, BI and/or Data Management
- Experience in working with IT and bridging the gap from business needs to functional solutions
- Familiar with a multi-cultural and international environment
- Excellent business English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- The ability to influence and negotiate with senior management
- Good people management and coaching skills
- Preferably a thorough understanding of and a strong network within the DLL organization
