The Key Account Executive will work within an integrated and dedicated Digital POD team that will manage the European Pure Player Business. Working with assigned accounts to build an aligned brand strategy, maximize sales and profitability against defined targets and set objectives.
This role includes GTM / Sell In responsibilities with the full management of one of the EU Pureplayers and the elevation of the Amazon account through a Sell Out / Analytics lens plus business optimization.
Your Impact- Deliver the agreed annual sales and profit for Under Armour, in line with the regional and global strategy.
- Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Ensure that the fully integrated go-to-market process is understood and executed efficiently across these accounts, owning and driving seasonal touchpoints with accounts.
- Provide insights and implement channel sales strategy & defined key account sales strategy for achievement of targets.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Coordinate and involve company teammates to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Enhance operation and supply chain Amazon KPIs by establishing relationships with Amazon Brand Consultant and Under Armour Logistic Team.
- Deliver best in class content management, ensuring all products are listed on time and developing a seamless consumer experience.
- Manage assortment following the GTM timeline and sharing seasonal assortment with Amazon.
- Bachelors or equivalent work experience (4-6 years).
- Demonstrated track record of account management in a commercial environment.
- Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills with an analytical mind.
- PowerPoint presentation skills and the ability to deliver strong presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills & demonstrable track record of good relationship building.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the business.
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
- Return to Work Designation: Hybrid work (minimum 2 days a week in-office).
- Travel: 10% of the year.
