Your role

As a Chief of Staff at Dexter Energy, you will play a pivotal role in our strategy. Your mission is to enable the CEO (Luuk Veeken) and executive team by helping develop & refine Dexter’s strategy. You will drive key strategic initiatives and communicate those back to the team in an elegant way ensuring clarity & focus. In other words, you will have a crucial role in our AI-based forecast & trade optimization solution.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO, executives, and stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations for various audiences.
• Provide analytical support and insights for executive decision-making, including board meetings and investor presentations.
• Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring effective coordination and tracking of progress.

• 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff role or a management/strategic consulting role.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, execution & project management.
• Solid understanding of our business operations, preferably with experience in the renewable energy market, trading, or AI solutions.
• High proficiency in analyzing complex data to provide strategic insights.
• Excellent communication skills, including written and visual, making complex matters easy to understand.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
