Responsibilities:
- Client Site Reviews: Initiate the technical alignment process by conducting thorough client site reviews. Identify gaps and areas where standards might be out of alignment.
- Technology Alignment: Serve as the primary technician to review all portals, determining best practices for deployment and use. Consistently review portals to ensure standards remain in alignment.
- Onboarding and Security Bundle: Assist in onboarding new clients, setting up our security bundle, and managing projects impacting the entire client base, such as a toolset change.
- Change Management: Field requests related to potential change management issues. Review all options, with a focus on reducing interaction for live technicians and preventing problems.
Skills:
- Proven experience in network administration or a similar role.
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Willingness to focus on continued education through various certifications.
- Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and specifications.
- Understanding of the importance of standards and aligning clients' technology with best practices.
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Ability to translate IT language to business stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of MSP experience.
