Responsibilities and Duties:- Build and maintain successful client relationships
- Day-to-day project delivery
- Developing and leading pitches
- Create and present Plans of Approach, planning and budget
- Upselling of services to existing clients
- Resource planning of projects in the agency planning tool
- Constantly review and improve agency processes towards optimal quality, profitability, and fun
- 5+ years agency-side project management experience, overseeing projects through full-cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Additional languages are appreciated! German is a big plus!
- Confident presenter and highly skilled in creating presentations
- A good commercial awareness and drive
- Analytical skills, action-oriented
