Product Manager, FinTech - Financial Systems

Our brand new FinTech business unit – with teams in Amsterdam, Bangalore, London and Shanghai – develops new products and drives innovation to help us continue removing financial friction from the travel process. That makes buying and selling travel-related products and services simpler for both travelers and partners.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Financial Systems division within our Fintech business unit. You will be a part of the Billing and Taxes track where we aim at creating a frictionless experience between our company and our partners in managing their finances. You and your product play a pivotal role in helping us shape our ambitions by providing accurate, flexible and effective billing services for our business units worldwide.

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product area;
• Lead a portfolio of new product launches as well as product optimisations;
• Define the KPIs for your product, and be the ultimate responsible for its success;
• Research and identify partner and stakeholder needs and effectively manage their expectations;
• Work closely with a cross-functional team and stakeholders to build and operate your product;
• Engage with other product leaders within Booking.com to define and drive the development priorities for your product.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager;
• A track record for shipping large-scale, successful software products;
• Ability to communicate optimally across all levels of the organization;
• Strong stakeholder management and agile prioritization skills;
• Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques;
• Experience with Finance and/or Fintech products;
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, and a basic technical understanding of how large-scale systems are built.
