Corporate development & strategy specialist – responsibilities- You support or lead equity, debt and subsidy transactions to keep our business funded. We already raised >EUR 100mn, but have much bigger plans still. This ranges from hands‑on preparing materials (pitch decks, financial models) to negotiation support.
- You run our annual strategy cycle and support business planning efforts through goal setting.
- You run core strategic initiatives within LeydenJar and drive the implementation of important partnerships. Topics we’ve been involved in include securing long‑term supply chain partnerships, developing giga‑scale manufacturing concepts and supporting overseas customer technology implementation.
- Support Leadership Team with decision support analyses on a range of ad‑hoc matters.
- Passionate about deep and clean tech and want to make your mark on a fast‑growing scale‑up company.
- Has a master’s degree from a top university. Technical background is valued, but not required.
- Has 3‑10 years of working experience in a high‑performance environment. Examples include (but are not limited to) top‑tier strategy consulting, investment banking or another deep‑tech venture.

- Has experience in business planning, deal structuring and market research. Hands‑on excellence in Excel and PowerPoint – you’ll be doing a lot of storytelling.
