For this role, the most important skill is to have unlimited energy, disciplined commitment and an eagerness to learn and grow till this glove suits you perfect! Those skills don’t sound like superpowers to you, but as your daily self. As a delivery manager, you have an overall responsibility for daily operation in the delivery department. Together with the Restaurant Manager and Chef you are responsible for the culinary standards of our guests at home.
You are a people person and know -and love- how to deal with the variety of characters, cultures and experiences in your delivery team. You consider it your personal challenge to manage, train and recruit a brigade of passionate delivery staff to ensure a real sense of passion and community. You are ready tobuild a smooth, fun and high quality operation of Vegitalian delivery!
WHO YOU AREto be successful in this role, we believe that you:
- know how to be a disciplined worker yourself. Relevant management experience is not a must, we will teach you the management part.
- have natural leadership skills and know how to give clear instructions.
- are a source of inspiration as you lead and motivate our delivery staff.

- care about including and connecting people; both guests and your colleagues
