The roleAs a Full-Stack Engineer at Zeno, you’ll work across the stack to design, build, and scale features that bring the power of AI into everyday legal workflows. From high-performance backend services in Litestar (Python) to polished user-facing features in Vue.js and TailwindCSS, you’ll own projects end-to-end and ship systems that balance speed, reliability, and impact.
This is a hands-on role where your work will directly shape how thousands of legal professionals interact with AI — making complex processes simple, fast, and intuitive.
What you’ll be working on- Architect and implement end-to-end features across the product, from backend APIs to frontend interfaces.
- Build robust, secure, and high-performance backend services with Litestar.
- Collaborate with Design Engineers and product leaders to turn requirements into user-facing functionality.
- Optimize data flows, integrations, and infrastructure for scalability and resilience.
- Prototype quickly, validate with users, and scale successful ideas into production.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, DevOps practices, and deployment pipelines as we scale.
- Experienced in both backend and frontend development, with a bias toward backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Litestar, FastAPI, or similar frameworks).
- Solid experience with Vue.js,TypeScript, and TailwindCSS for building modern web apps.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
- A problem solver who enjoys turning complex workflows into practical, scalable systems.
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment.
