- For one of our clients, the packaging area is where dry blending and canning lines come together to shape the final product. In this dynamic environment, the Team Leader Maintenance stands at the core of operations. Ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency so that every can not only leaves the factory on time but also meets the highest quality standards.
- Lead and coach a team of General Maintenance and Instrumentation & Control Technicians, as well as maintenance planners.
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities on packaging lines, ensuring full compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Be a visible presence on the shop floor—supporting your team, solving issues quickly, and driving performance.
- Work closely with the reliability team to boost equipment uptime and refine maintenance strategies.
- Review work orders and prepare clear, periodic KPI reports.
- Act as a safety ambassador, promoting a culture of care and compliance.
- Ensure high service levels and strong collaboration with Operations to keep production running smoothly.
- Continuously improve departmental processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth through training and coaching
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Technical Business Administration.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in a maintenance environment—ideally within Food or Pharma.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical/electrical installations and process automation.
- Familiar with ISO, GMP, HACCP, and EHS requirements.
- Flexible and prepared to support a 24/7 operation outside regular hours.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills across all levels.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑driven, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
