Employment agency Manpower is looking for several Pick & Pack production employees for Gate Gourmet at Schiphol.

⚠️ Important: you must have lived in the Netherlands for at least 8 years due to the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee screening.

As a Pick & Pack production employee, you will be responsible for carefully preparing trolleys according to strict guidelines. Your tasks will include:

• Inspection and assembly: You count and check components and assemble the trolleys accurately
• Loading and unloading: You receive and check incoming goods, including trolleys
• Administration: You register the use of goods in the ERP system
• Inventory management: You count customs items and report this information to the Finance department
• Guidance: Upon request, you guide new colleagues and help them get started

During your onboarding period, you will be assigned a buddy who will help you get acquainted with the company and the tasks.

Working hours
You'll work day shifts, Monday to Sunday, with flexible start times (6:00, 7:00, or 9:00). Hours may vary based on season, customer needs, or flight schedules.

Before you start, you will undergo a group training in which you will learn the general guidelines to perform your job well. Additionally, you will complete the Cabin Services Training, which you must pass in order to continue working.
