Job Description- Overall financial governance of the full grant lifecycle
- Ensuring donor compliance and audit readiness
- Leading financial reporting to funders
- Collaborating with finance, accounting and programme teams
- Developing and improving grant financial systems, policies and processes
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks within the non-profit industry
- At least 7 years of professional background in financial grant management or a similar role within the non-profit industry
- Proven track record in managing the full financial lifecycle of grants
- Hands-on exposure to donor compliance, audits and funder reporting in the climate action sector
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, review and control grant budgets
- Practical experience delivering accurate financial reports to international funders
- Strong collaboration experience with finance, accounting and business control teams
- Working knowledge of grant management systems and financial software
- Experience operating in complex, international organisational environments
- Involvement in improving financial processes, controls and systems related to grant management
