The Dutch office combines a hands‑on, entrepreneurial culture with short communication lines, ownership, and a strong focus on craftsmanship.
Job DescriptionAs part of a larger global group, the organisation benefits from strong financial expertise, advanced systems, and worldwide best practices, while the Dutch entity offers the agility and impact of a compact and close‑knit team. This gives you the best of both worlds: the structure and support of an international organisation, and the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work locally.
In this role, you take full financial ownership of the Dutch entity.

- Prepare budgets and forecasts, perform variance analyses, and provide the management team with clear, data‑driven insights.
- Manage cashflow, coordinate audits, and ensure full compliance with financial and tax regulations.
- Oversee payment runs, support accounts receivable activities, and maintain alignment between the ERP system and the inventory administration.
- Play a key role in strengthening processes, systems, and automation.
As the local point of contact for financial systems and application management, you collaborate closely with global finance teams and support users across the organisation. With your expertise in ERP platforms, BI tools, and API integrations, you help elevate the overall finance to the next level.
The Successful ApplicantYour strengths:
- Deep financial accounting and reporting knowledge, supported by formal qualifications.
- Demonstrated competence in managing close cycles and statutory reporting.
- A high level of ownership, with the ability to oversee and improve the full finance landscape.
- Strong systems expertise, particularly in ERP and BI, with a focus on process optimisation and automation.
This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the Dutch finance function and make a visible impact on both daily operations and strategic decisions. You work in a close‑knit, agile environment in Rotterdam while benefiting from the expertise, systems, and global standards of an international finance organisation.
The position offers the flexibility of hybrid working and room to shape and improve processes, systems, and automation, with your ideas quickly turning into tangible results.
The employment package is competitive and includes a pension scheme, travel allowance, and opportunities for training and development. In short, a role that combines responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to truly influence how the organisation moves forward.
