De Plesman opened its doors in March 2025 and has already earned a Michelin Key (which we’re secretly very proud of). We're a boutique hotel located in the former KLM headquarters in The Hague, honouring aviation pioneer Albert Plesman. The building’s history is reflected in every detail, from its architecture to its hospitality. Guests can enjoy an amazing dinner at Restaurant Suus, named after Plesman’s wife, or unwind at Albert Bar, named after Albert Plesmanhimself. A dynamic spot between the dunes and the city where The Hague’s heritage comes to life.

What will you be doing?
Providing our guests with exceptional breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner experiences.
In this role, you will take orders, provide information about the menu and dishes, deliver excellent service and handle the settling of bills.
You will carry out preparation of service, such as mise en place and assist the Food & Beverage team of the hotel with set up and service of events and meetings.
Small print:
You have 0 – 1 years of experience in a similar role. You’ll be on top of our list if you gained this experience at a 4/5-star hotel.
Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
You speak English fluently
You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague
