As an order picker, you are responsible for preparing the orders for the Kruidvat stores. You work with an advanced voice-picking system that guides you through the warehouse. The system can be used in 3 different languages: Dutch, English and Polish. Together with this system and your colleagues, you prepare the orders for our stores in the southern Netherlands and Belgium.

You use your organisational talent to play Tetris on the pallets, arranging everything as efficiently as possible. On these pallets you can expect items such as soft drinks, toothpaste, toys, toilet paper and other cleaning products. Every day brings something new, and no two pallets will ever be the same.

At AS Watson you receive various time-based bonuses of up to 150%, and you work in a 2-shift schedule. In addition, you will be part of a friendly and motivated team.

At AS Watson, you are given several opportunities to develop yourself. Think of roles such as EPT driver or reach truck driver. In addition, there is the possibility to receive a permanent contract after 6 months at AS Watson. There are also opportunities to improve your Dutch and English to a higher level through language courses.

The location is also very easy to reach by car or bicycle from Breda, Tilburg, Oosterhout, Made and Waalwijk.

You will start in the employment of Olympia. We are present on-site daily to assist you with your schedule, payroll and holiday requests.

·  You take responsibility in your work and work accurately

·  You are available to work in 2 shifts (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00)

·  Flexible availability, Fulltime / parttime

·  Available at least on Monday, Tuesday and 2 Saturdays per month

·  You have your own transport such as a bicycle, e-bike, scooter or car

- Salary of €14.71 plus an ADV allowance of €1.10 per worked hour

- Shift allowance of 125% to 150%, depending on the working hours

- 200% allowance on national holidays
