Project Director

Location: Groningen, Netherlands

Data Centre

Lead and deliver responsibilities for Project Director in a multi-storey data centre construction.

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning to commissioning and handover
• Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with client objectives
• Manage senior project team members, including PMs, commercial managers, and technical leads
• Oversee budget control, risk management, and contractual compliance
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across the site
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery

• Relevant experience in data centre or mission-critical projects
• EU nationality (work permit compliance)
• Strong technical and leadership skills

Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
