This Shared Service Center offers employment to over 550 employees, with 40 nationalities, who speak 34 languages. We are looking for a Senior Manager Key Account Pricing (KAP) to join our team.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
The Senior Manager Key Account Pricing (KAP) for EMEA is responsible for leading and managing the regional KAP function, ensuring world-class pricing services and consultancy to drive profitable growth. This role oversees the end-to-end process of price setting, analysis, and review of KAP requests across EMEA, maintaining strict SLAs and compliance with internal controls. Acting as a strategic partner to Country Pricing and Sales teams, the Senior Manager provides expert guidance to maximize yield, profitability, and win rates for Key Account customers.
- Support customer negotiations and provide functional expertise to Country Pricing and customer managers;
- Manage a team of professional Key Account Pricing members to deliver results and meet company targets;
- Provide KAP pricing process alignment and engagement within EMEA and globally;
- Review and manage cross-regional alignment on tactical and strategic pricing elements;
- Manage inputs for EU Tender Review Board and support Country TRB decisions;
- Lead KAP process for yield improvement via tactical initiatives (Fuel Surcharge compliance, GPI, etc.);
- Drive skills and training for Customer Centric rate design;
- Develop programs to ensure accuracy of Rates, Services & Surcharges;
- Enhance modelling and simulation capabilities;
- Provide professional pricing consultancy at country, regional and global level;
- Own and lead the GoGreen Plus (GGP) global quotation process;
- Drive adoption of new pricing processes and systems (PRIME, Deal Review 3.0).
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration;
- 6-8 years of experience in a related position;
- Strong analytical background and extensive DHL pricing knowledge;
- Experience in coaching and motivating teams;
- Proven track record in process improvements and pricing transformation;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
