We are looking for a Sales Director – Industrial Cyber Security Services to join our Cyber Physical (CyPhy) Group. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our cybersecurity services for operational technology (OT) and IoT environments, working with critical infrastructure providers, manufacturers, and high-tech companies across the region.

You will be joining an organization in a dynamic growth phase, where you will take a leading role in expanding our cybersecurity services across Europe including UK and the Nordics. As a Sales Director, you will be directly responsible to grow our sales team and drive strategic client relationships in the industrial sector in Europe. Your strength lies in consultative selling, combining deep knowledge of digital security with a genuine motivation to help clients. You understand what drives decision-makers, and you bring a mix of entrepreneurial energy, credibility, and natural persuasiveness that makes people want to work with you. With a strong commercial instinct and a clear grasp of client needs, you know how to turn complex cybersecurity challenges into valuable solutions. You are ambitious, reliable, collaborative, and fully take ownership of your work, perfectly aligned with the values we live by at Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity.

As our Sales Director, you will:

  • Identify and create new business opportunities for Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity, focusing on customer needs and market developments both nationally and internationally.
  • Assume ownership for growth of key accounts for Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity.
  • Lead, the international sales team as well as expand the team.
  • Develop strong, tailored proposals and close deals in close collaboration with the delivery team.
  • Help shape sales plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Actively represent Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity at events and conferences to expand our network and market presence.

If you have strategic insight, a professional and open communication style, and are able to build trust at all levels, including C-level stakeholders, then join our team!

Your profile:

  • Multiple years of experience in international cybersecurity sales (preferably both IT and OT).
  • Proven track record in key account management, especially within industrial sectors.
  • Strong Experience managing, leading, and coaching sales teams.
  • Strong network within the industrial market across Europe.
  • Deep understanding of client needs and market competition.
  • Reliable, Meticulous and Professional Communicator, both in Dutch and English and preferably in German.
  • Experience with tenders and complex deal cycles is a strong plus.
