For an international manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced Production Operator who is willing to work in a 3-shift system. You speak Dutch, English, or Polish and have proven experience in a production environment.

In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for producing high-quality products in a modern factory. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and complies with the required standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and setting up production machines;
• Inspecting products for quality and defects;
• Identifying and reporting malfunctions or deviations;
• Keeping the workplace clean and adhering to safety regulations;
• Contributing to improvements within the production process.
