Product Owner - Mobile-First AI Platform

LegionellaDossier is a fast-growing B2B scale‑up building mission‑critical software for safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Our products are used daily by professional organizations that rely on robust, well‑designed workflows.

We’re now launching BriqSafe, a brand‑new platform built from scratch: mobile‑first, AI‑first, and designed for complex real‑world use cases.

As Product Owner, you will work closely with the Head of Product to define and execute the vision for BriqSafe. Together, you will shape the roadmap, make strategic product decisions, and translate vision into high‑impact delivery.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys building advanced B2B products in close collaboration with customers and teams.

• Co‑create and maintain the product vision and roadmap together with the Head of Product

• Own and prioritize the backlog, translating strategy and customer insights into clear user stories

• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and stakeholders

• Actively work with clients to understand, validate, and optimize their workflows

• Ensure alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility

• Drive a mobile‑first and AI‑first product mindset across the team

• Balance discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager litre B2B SaaS

• Strong affinity with complex, workflow‑driven products

• Comfortable working closely with customers and internal stakeholders raya

• Able to operate in a scale‑up environment with ownership and autonomy

• Strong communication skills in Dutch (preferred) and English (required)

• Pragmatic, structured, and product‑minded

• Experience with mobile‑first product development

• Exposure to AI‑driven products or features

• Experience in SaaS, compliance, safety, or operational software

• Background in improving end‑to‑end customer workflows

• A key role working directly with the Head of Product

• Shared ownership of the vision and roadmap of a brand‑new product
