As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be ensuring consistent quality of the brand identity and customer service is provided to guests in accordance with Waldorf Astoria True Service Standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Create and execute Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam’s social media plan for all food and beverage outlets, Guerlain Spa, and hotel in general
- Review, develop, and maintain collaboration requests with local brands, press, and online media
- Supporting all hotel departments by designing and creating hotel collateral, menus and promotional material (hard copy and electronic)
- Maintenance of all our online channels, our Waldorf website, Spectrum website, third party websites and extranets
- Support with photoshoots, video shoots and press or marketing events
- Create quarterly newsletters, and other creative ideas of communication
- Support the Senior Marketing Executive by implementing the yearly marketing plans, campaigns and activities
- Utilize innovative thinking to drive increased awareness for hotel offerings both locally and internationally

In order to successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Marketing experience or traineeship in a similar environment
Team player
Excellent Dutch and English language skills (written and oral)
Hands-on mentality and pro-activeness
Good knowledge of MS office and the creative cloud (e.g. Adobe Design Premium, Adobe Photoshop CC)
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous experience within the hotel/leisure sector.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
