Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner;
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly, customer-focused approach;
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently;
- Perform light administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
- You are fluent in French; knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage.
- You already live in the Breda area (please note that we are not considering candidates who still need to relocate).
- You are flexible and willing to step in for colleagues when needed.
- You are available to work 39 hours per week; part-time availability can also be discussed.
