As Head of Marketplaces, you will be the frontrunner of Alpine’s ecommerce efforts, driving growth across all our marketplaces worldwide. You will lead one of the most developed marketplace teams in the Netherlands with tons of Amazon experience, while also challenging and sparring with the broader organization. You will report directly to the Chief Digital Officer and work closely with our Head of Growth and Head of D2C.
In this role, you lead the global marketplace growth trajectory. Your mission: ensure Alpine continuously wins by being faster, smarter, and more innovative than the competition, resulting in an outperformance on ROI.
Responsibilities- Own the growth strategy and execution roadmap across all marketplaces worldwide.
- Take full P&L responsibility for our global marketplace business, focusing on revenue, profit, market share, CAC, and ROAS.
- Lead, build, and inspire the marketplace team, including external partners and agencies.
- Run a rigorous test & learn cycle, turning insights into scalable improvements across channels and customer journeys.
- Ensure scalable setups and playbooks that can be rolled out across markets.
- Directly contribute to Alpine's ambition to triple the business in 5 years!
- Help establish Alpine as the global #1 in hearing protection.
- Build and lead a high-performing team that sets new standards in digital growth.
- Protect the hearing of millions worldwide and make a tangible difference in people's lives.
You are mastering Amazon from A to Z, knowing exactly what drives sustainable growth and how to move up the ranks. Your mission: grow our marketplace business from a 8-figure to a 9-figure business in a few years.
