As the Head of Insights, you will lead and develop the Insights team of the Nationale Postcode Loterij and the VriendenLoterij, part of the Postcode Lottery Group. Together with your team, including analysts and researchers, you will drive continuous improvement in the way insights and knowledge are drawn from the available data and information, as well as defining new sources of information to be exploited for the benefit of consumers, the player experience and the organisation.
As a senior leader, you have a strong understanding of digital analytics, reporting and statistical analysis, with a strong track record of turning complex data into actionable insights. A key challenge is driving innovation and transformation while effectively managing your stakeholders and bringing counterparts along. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.
Anne de Bie, Group Director Data & Analytics: “Join our team to be part of the transformation within Data & Analytics to create better experiences for our players and potential players.
