About the job
As a Production Employee, you will be actively involved in the production of high-quality acoustic panels. You will work with various materials and are responsible for accurately cutting insulation boards to size and bonding them with wood wool panels in different colours and formats. Precision and quality awareness are essential, as high standards are a top priority for this client. You will operate machines such as cutting and packaging machines and support general production tasks where needed, including occasional forklift duties. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a clean and well-organised workplace and a smooth production process. You will work daytime hours from 07:00 to 16:00, with fixed breaks, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends off.

What we require
- You have a practical, hands-on mentality;
- You work accurately and have an eye for quality;
- Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required;
- You are reliable and motivated;
- Knowledge of the Dutch language is not mandatory.
What we offer
- A gross hourly wage starting from €14.71, approximately €2,550 gross per month based on 40 hours;
- Salary and employment conditions in accordance with the Hibin Collective Labour Agreement;
- A permanent workplace in Maarheeze;
- Daytime working hours with a fixed schedule;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;
- 25 paid vacation days and the prospect of a permanent contract.
