As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you are the financial backbone of our organization. You manage and optimize complex financial processes and provide crucial insights for both internal and external stakeholders. This is your chance to influence our financial course through sharp analyses, advising on strategic decisions, and ensuring compliance. You will collaborate closely with various teams to take our financial efficiency to the next level.
Your key responsibilities are to:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and consolidations for internal and external purposes.
- Act as a trusted advisor for management, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable advice that drives the organization forward.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations within the Benelux region.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize our financial systems.
- Support tax reporting and collaborate with tax advisors to ensure seamless compliance.
Your Profile
You are a seasoned finance professional with a strong accounting background. You thrive in dynamic environments, combining structure and analytical strength with excellent communication skills to effectively support both your team and senior management.
You bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in senior finance positions, with a focus on financial processes, monthly and year-end closings, and tax compliance.
- Solid expertise in IFRS reporting and financial statement preparation.
- Hands?'on experience with SAP and other financial systems.
- A proven ability to partner with the business, providing insights that drive decision?'making and performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable advice.
