Dit is jouw rolAs Lead Engineer Send & Receive Team, you will take technical ownership of our core digital channels team, which handles Track & Trace and sending flows. You will work with a modern tech stack: C# for the backend and Angular or React for the frontend.
You will lead a large hybrid team of internal engineers and 6-8 offshore engineers. During 2026, you will guide the team through a major transformation: splitting into two specialised functions ("Send" and "Receive") while ensuring stability and quality. This role combines technical leadership with strategic team building and process improvement.
