We are hiring a System and Process Expert
to join our Parts Delivery Support team. As a crucial member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining the SAP S/4 HANA system, while also analyzing and improving business processes and supporting our operations in Wärtsilä Global Logistics Services.
Your role and responsibilities:
As a System & Process Expert your work will include developing the tools and ways of working for Part Delivery, in Wärtsilä Global Logistics Services. The tasks and responsibilities can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of the Operations Support, a team of experts with diverse knowledge in logistics in various modules in SAP.
The position is available in Kampen (Netherlands); Trieste or Genoa (Italy); Vaasa (Finland); and Gdańsk (Poland).
Requirements for the positions:
- M.Sc./B.Sc. In IT, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Good English skills both Oral and Written, other languages in main locations considered a plus
- Project Management skills
- Good communication and training skills
- SAP S/4Hana experience and/or knowledge
- Good knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution module, Extended Warehouse Management, GTS and others seen as a plus.
- Be a key player in the second Phase of our ERP transformation towards SAP S/4HANA
- Logistics experience, TMS experience seen as a plus
- Be part of a truly global organization working with great colleagues around the world
- Work in a flexible, hybrid environment
