Cooperating foreman

Vacaturebeschrijving As a Working Foreman at Allshield Coatings, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor. You will actively participate in the production process while maintaining oversight of progress, quality, and safety. Your team produces, among other things, fiberglass barrier sheets and coats EPS elements for floating structures.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading and guiding the production team
• Actively participating in the production of fiberglass sheets and coating of floating elements
• Monitoring quality, planning, and safety on the work floor
• Coordinating daily operations and distributing tasks
• Checking and reporting on progress and any deviations
• Maintaining order and cleanliness, and cleaning machines and the workspace
• Reporting to the manager

Job Requirements: We are looking for someone who:

• Has demonstrable experience in a production environment
• Possesses leadership qualities and can motivate employees
• Is familiar with (or willing to learn about) working with fiberglass
• Is accurate, responsible, and a strong communicator
• Leads by example and works alongside the team
