As a Greenhouse Worker at Syngenta, you'll work both in the production area (warehouse) and in the greenhouse itself. Your work will involve planting small seedlings in trays in a seated position, as well as caring for larger plants in the greenhouse — including quality checks, replanting, weed removal, and ensuring healthy growth. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Working on the planting line (placing young plants in trays)
- Inspecting and collecting small plants and seeds
- Transplanting and tending to larger plants
- Lifting trays, bending over, and moving between sections of the greenhouse
- Following safety and quality procedures
You'll work Monday through Friday in shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Wat wij bieden
- € 15.72 gross per hour, paid weekly
- Weekend bonus: +25% on Saturday (hourly rate: € 19.65) +100% on Sunday (hourly rate: € 31.44)
- Overtime bonus: 60% after 38 hours per week
- Travel allowance: € 0.23 per km (after 10 km)
- 8.33% holiday allowance
