Functieomschrijving:
As an operator, you play a key role in the production process. You'll work in an environment where hygiene, accuracy, and teamwork are paramount. Your duties include: 

• Accurately weighing raw materials.
• Making and mixing pastes. 
• Loading firing kilns and ovens. 
• Working in accordance with established hygiene and safety regulations. 
• Ensuring a clean, tidy, and organized workspace. 
• Maintaining an overview of the assigned work process. 
• Switching between various tasks within the production process.

Functievereisten:
For this operator position, we are looking for someone who recognizes the following profile: 

• Preferably a level 2 vocational education (MBO) work and thinking level or a completed vocational training program. 
• Relevant work experience in a production environment or technical knowledge. 
• Excellent command of Dutch or English. 
• A keen eye for cleanliness, accuracy, and safety. 
• A proactive work ethic where order and hygiene are paramount. 
• Willingness to work a 5-shift system.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
As a (starting) operator for this position, you can count on excellent employment conditions: 

• A gross monthly salary between € 3.200,- and € 3.500,- including shift allowance 
• A full-time working week of 31.5 hours on average
