THE POSITION
Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for our properties in the Netherlands to join our Talent Acquisition department. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for all positions within the organization.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will also be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition or HR and a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions in hospitality. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead the recruitment process for all positions within the organization.

  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for hiring and candidate selection.

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.

  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to senior leadership.

  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sharing knowledge with the team.

  • Training hiring managers and create TA trainings based on the needs of the hiring managers.

HOW YOU'LL DO IT

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor degree in HR, business, hotel-school or any other relevant field· Proven experience as an HR coordinator / executive or relevant human resources position.

  • 2 +years experience in Recruiting or within talent teams in a matrix organisation.

  • Fluency in Dutch & English.

  • Experience within the hospitality industry.
