- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts such as agency, distribution, sales & supply, external contract manufacturing etc. With parties active within the operating companies Velder, Consumer Dairy Netherlands and certain parts of the business groups Europe & Retail Americas;
- Support the senior counsel Procurement with reviewing, drafting and negotiating different types of procurement contracts (MarCom, manufacturing, services, commodities etc);
- Develop and to maintain strong relationships with your business partners (management, sales, marketing, procurement, supply chain, regulatory affairs, etc.);
- Provide interactive trainings to your business partners;
- Monitor contract lifecycle management in Salesforce;
- Contribute to further digitalise the legal infrastructure within FrieslandCampina.
